Hi Lovies!! I survived, and am recovered (for the most part). I’m officialy sick now but def in better shape than I thought I would be. Water, water, water and HOTyoga helped a ton yesterday and today. Latte’s for breakfast didn’t hurt either. New Orleans this past, for a Girls Gone Wild Weekend Bachelorette Party. An AH-maze-ingly fun weekend, more memories with an awesome group of girls that I’m lucky to have in my life.
Back on track … STAT with eating/training program. 6am wakeup calls to hit the gym hard again — ONE hour indoor biking 4-5 days a week and HOTyoga everyday!! Step it up, time is a ticking. Pushing through a cold and still getting it done. Bikini season is right around the corner peeps 😉
