Hi! Remember me… your long lost bestie!? The highlight of your day?? The sunshine of your life?? Well, if not here I am!. New Year, New Blog… lots of New Beginnings. 2012 — let’s be honest — sucked. I started the The First Blog originally as a creative outlet for my feelings and a fun way to journal my experience and life – and for an excuse to take self pics. Then things got bad, and the last thing I felt like doing was writing and sharing my feelings, and especially taking pics. I wanted this site to be honest and truthful and fun! – most of all. But it became hard to think of anything good to say and life in general was not enjoyable. I’d like to forget ‘most’ of the past year and just see it as a learning experience that made me much stronger.

Enough of that though. New stuff to come! Stay tuned.
